Students will include Ugandans and Non-Ugandans. For Ugandans, Diploma Courses will require at least 2 principle passes in relevant subjects at A level and or qualifications in any Health Training

Beyond the classroom, we encourage students to actively participate in organizations that support their extracurricular interests in sports, music, dance, etc
The college rents accommodation for trainees whose cost is included in the fees. However trainees are encouraged to look for and directly fund their own accommodation.
International students are attached and supervised at local hospitals for short internship (30 days each discipline) in there disciplines of interest. They can be supervised separately or together with college students
The college promotes collaborative research projects and enhances opportunity for local and international scholars to work with the college researchers
This is in addition to college, staff and student research. In this regard, the college publishes the Ministry of health accredited Uganda Health Professionals Journal in which research articles and abstract from college staff, Ugandan and other health professionals are reported.
